Please go to your Online Tenant Portal to submit all maintenance requests and we will address ASAP. We try our best to get maintenance done the same day, but on Fridays, please send requests as early in the morning as possible.

Also, please note that maintenance will not be done on the weekends unless it is considered an “emergency”.

Examples are flooding, fires and/or A/C going out when it’s 107 degrees or higher outside. Submit a maintenance request on your tenant portal; this will go to our 24/7 maintenance team. PLEASE FIRST DIAL 911 IN CASE OF LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCIES.
